This project was inspired after visiting a high-end hotel in New York (a state with one of the highest trafficking rates in the United States) and seeing anti-human-trafficking signs throughout the hotel and being forced to make the connection between the prevalence of victims who are trafficked every day in prestigious hotels all over the world and that untold suffering is occurring against a backdrop of glitz and glam.
